Tim is Deloitte Leadership's Managing Partner & Deloitte's Human Centred Transformation F.S Practice Lead in the UK.

With 25 years of experience advising clients on human-centred transformation, Tim is an expert in leadership, culture, and behaviour change. While he has deep roots in Financial Services, his focus on all aspects of leadership and his growing reputation as a subject matter expert has allowed him to extend his reach further into the Private Sector. Tim has an enviable list of trusted clients, including Deloitte, where he advises our Board and Executive on all aspects of the leadership and cultural agenda.

As Deloitte's most trusted Executive transition lab facilitator, Tim has built trusted relationships with c-level executives and c-suite teams, supporting over 500 of Deloitte's most senior clients as they transition into new roles. He is also an increasingly prolific executive coach, working with CEOs of Deloitte's crown jewel clients. This work continues to lead to significant transformation opportunities for Deloitte as new leaders prepare to make their mark on their organisations.

In 2016, Deloitte acquired Kaisen Consulting, a UK-based Leadership boutique with a global footprint. After acquisition, Kaisen struggled to integrate into Deloitte and didn't make the impact that was hoped for. In 2020, Tim was invited to take charge, initially with the remit to position Deloitte to 'elegantly retreat' from leadership work. However, seeing the opportunity in the market as too good to miss, Tim instead transformed the business into the cornerstone of our Human Centred Transformation practice. Three years later, after a refreshed proposition, a lot of hard work, and more than £50m of sales, Deloitte Leadership is now a thriving part of Deloitte Consulting and leads the conversation on Leadership in the firm globally with aggressive growth plans.
